Our capabilities not only include designing, building, and furnishing projects, but also construction consulting. SoCo Group understands the importance of a good foundation, that is why we have built a brand from the bottom up; from tradesman, to builder, to architect, to owner, it is our aim to cultivate strong relationships across every member of the industry.

Mr. Sowers background in building sciences has provided him a fundamental understanding of construction mechanics, however it is his appreciation of aesthetic architecture which drives his visions forward for SoCo Group and its share in the marketplace. Prior to starting his own construction firm, Mr. Sowers had built professionally for over 7 years. During his tenure in the industry he has directly supervised and succesfully managed over 25 million dollars of new construction.
